TSUKIJI SEAFOOD MARKET, TOKYO BUT NOT FOR ME THE TOURISTY STUFF.

Fresh Oysters, King Crab, Tuna, Shrimp, Octopus etc bore me. Here's my meal-of-a-lifetime. 1. Monkfish Liver-known as the foie gras of the sea. 2. Soft Cod Roe (the milt or sperm sac of a male Cod fish in Winter. 3. Seared Horse meat. Yes really, a Horse. 4. Horse Manure Sea Urchin from Hokkaido (named for its intense color and taste) 5. Conger marine Eel (Anago not Unagi). Softer in texture with a briney taste. 6 Seared Pumpkin and Eggplant salad.
7. A glass of refreshing Chile White Wine.
A royal meal for S$60.00!
AND ALL IS WELL WITH THE WORLD.
