Putu Piring is a delicious steamed Malay snack made of rice flour with fillings of Palm Sugar, Peanut or Coconut. It is served accompanied by fresh coconut flakes. The rice flour has been flavored with the leaf of the Pandan plant which gives it an intoxicating fragrance.
