Soft Cod Roe (the milt or sperm sac of a male Cod fish in Winter. 3. Seared Horse meat. Yes really, a Horse. 4. Horse Manure Sea Urchin from Hokkaido (named for its intense color and taste) 5. Conger marine Eel (Anago not Unagi). Softer in texture with a briney taste. 6 Seared Pumpkin and Eggplant salad. 7. A glass of refreshing Chile White Wine. A royal meal for S$60.00! AND ALL IS WELL WITH THE WORLD.  Monkfish Liver Codfish Sperm Sac Sea Urchin, Horse Meat, Conger Eel Pumpkin and Eggplant salad

  Due to the increasingly frequent bear attacks on Hokkaido, there is a good supply of Bear meat as hunters are recruited to cull the Bears.. I came across this no-name one-man unusual restaurant in Shibuya Take a look at its food and drinks list below. I chose Bear because I don't feel so guilty about meat from culled Bears. How does Bear meat taste? A gamey smell and rather tough. But with some fat as the Bears are fattening up with Salmon in preparation for their Winter hibernation. MEAT Bear, boar, rabbit, peacock, raccoon, deer, snake, crow, badger, kangaroo, ostrich, crocodile, horse. LIQUOR Flying Squirrel, Horse Penis, Gecko,, Viper, Cockroach, Praying Mantis, Leech, Sparrow Bee.
