Pakistani Goat Brain Marsala I read about it in today's Straits Times and went to buy it from Bar B Q Tonite Pakistani Restaurant at Roberts Lane, Little India. Ate it with their wholemeal wheat Naan. Nothing much. Can't taste the brain. Just the spices of the marsala. Azmi the famous Chapati at Norris Rd. used to have Brain Marsala. Theirs was better and the spices were not overpowering.
